Ross Environmental Solutions Covid-19 Precautions

Dear Ross Environmental Solutions Customers,

Because our primary concern is always the health and safety of our staff and clients, and in light of recent coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, we wanted to let you know that we are increasing our already high standards to make our pest control services as safe as we can. We are closely following the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), local governments, and public health agencies. All pest technicians and staff members have been trained to uphold and practice the precautionary measures below:

1. We make proper handwashing and hand sanitizing a priority throughout the day.
2. We are increasing the frequency of our office and vehicle cleanliness and sanitization procedures.
3. We recommend exterior pest treatments only but if interior pest treatment is requested, our technicians will wear gloves on customer premises and will wear respirators upon request.
4. All of our staff is aware of symptoms. If any pest technicians or close family members exhibit symptoms, we have asked them to stay home. Ross Environmental Solutions will assist them monetarily as the need arises.

We are committed to keeping you safe and reassuring you that we are taking added precautions.
